We often ask - what can the Arts do for me? At its core, art touches our emotions, senses, and intellect through form, movement, sound, and narrative. It allows us to feel an experience directly- so how does the Humanities come into play with all of this? The humanities—its all things history, philosophy, literary criticism, and ethics—it provides the analytical tools to critique, interpret, and understand the deeper meaning and historical weight behind those creative works.
