The trending topic of "Brown Ballerinas" took over social media with posts from BrownGirlsDoBallet featuring images and videos of dancers sharing their journey in dance throughout the nation.

Women of Excellence is placing the spotlight on Brown Ballerina in particular...her is story of a is one of character, passion, joy and loyalty to dance.


Landè Asiru, isn't your typical dancer found in a studio chatting with fellow dancers, pulling up a tutu and preparing for class. She's an Empowered, Independent Black Woman who click clacks up her heels along the Financial District, on Wall Street. During the day she puts on her formal attire and shows up prompt as a Financial Journalist contended in Corporate America but by moonlight she sheds her formalities and becomes the Black Girl Magic that she truly is.

Landè is captured in whimsical moments of a pirouette, leap, or arabesques throughout NYC defying the status quo of her pencil skirt life, bringing forth the presence of dance to the forefront of those passingby. There is energy is her eyes as moves her body in space reframing the world around her with a story that speaks to the essence of what makes a "Brown Ballerina."





She is a bold-outstanding artist who with has created stages all around her.

 The sound of the "IRS" - can make anyone, stand up straight...close their ears/eyes....or run for the Hills. When it comes to managing our time and money wisely we must be willing to learn, understand and align ourselves with the systems set in place. And that includes communicating with the IRS. Don't be shy, there are real humans behind the operations - so reach out!  Getting notices, letters and updates from the IRS?
